The 90 Day Commitment

Some Celebrity Marriages Don't Last That Long!

Are you start / stopping with your goals? Maybe you feel like you get so far and then hit the same brick wall.

Does it feel like you have so many things in life you want to change but trying to make change isn't as easy. If you are stuck in that feeling of overwhelm right now head to my post It Only Takes 1 Goal to help you gain some clarity.

Why 90 Days?

"30 days to make a habit, 60 days to make progress and 90 days to see results"

Nothing changes overnight, that's a fact! All habits take time to build and that's where the 90 days comes in. Give yourself time to make a difference and to see results because that's when confidence will build.

90 days can feel like a long time but in the grand scheme of things it's a blink of the eye. Break it down in any way you need but I know you are capable of achieving this.

Podcasts Are Key!

I love a good podcast! You find the right one and you can get so many amazing tips and tricks for achieving anything. That's what I found yesterday, I was tuning in to the latest episode from one of my favourite podcast shows by the beautiful Emily Swaffield. The episode was an off the cuff episode from Emily but it is definitely one of my favourites.

Emily talked around what really matters at the end of the day and that’s where the 90 day commitment came in.

So what’s your goal?

What can you commit to for the next 90 days? Is it moving your body in some way, saying no to dessert, drinking a glass of water every morning, saying 1 positive thing about yourself?

Find your commitment and make it happen!
